I need to provide elevation information in the maps of our portal and the easiest way seemed to be including an elevation map layer and somehow display pixel (elevation) values in a pop-up window when clicked. But I couldn't find a way to enable a popup window for a raster layer. Then I added the terrain layer from Elevation Layers group but adding this layer to a portal map made the map unavailable to portal users other than myself.
Any ideas to include elevation information to the maps?
