Does ArcGIS Desktop 10 support Graphic transparency ? If yes how can I set graphics transparency from ArcMap?

Hi there,

Yes I have also wanted this for a long time, but I do not think it is available in 10.  If I am wrong someone please tell us.

There is a new website called, "ArcGIS Ideas" and I think there is a request for this.  Please promote and hopefully it can be implemented and included in a future release of the software.
