Delete "Pending reports" from Portal

Is there a way to delete items in the "pending reports"?

I got the item id but item is not accessible in Portal (Enterprise 11.5). I also tried the Sharing API to call delete on the item but the response JSON is also "iem is inaccessbile". So where are those Pending reports and any idea how to get rid of them?
