When adding a custom grid to a map layout, the custom grid is rectangular - like the data frame of a normal map. I have clipped the data frame to a polygon boundary. What I'm looking for is to have the custom grid at the edge of the polygon, rather than at the edge of the map page itself. It doesn't seem to work when I create a custom grid, but it works only when you use the default grids.
Is there a way to do this?
