Creating a batch of bookmarks

I have projects where I'll work within right of ways that are several miles long (the boundaries of the right of way are provided to me).  The right of ways are polygons, but they aren't irregular, generally they are 150 feet wide.  I create figures for each sequential section for the right of way at the given scale, and the result is that I have been manually creating as many as 60 bookmarks.  I'm familiar with using 'my places' to create a batch of bookmarks from selected features, however that doesn't help me.  Is there a tool or operation where I can create a batch of bookmarks, each starting where the last left off, down the length of the right of way?

thanks-

You can accomplish this with map books, specifically a strip map for your application.
