Has anyone discovered issues with the geoenrichment service configuration within Portal. We use the geoenrichment utility service configured through portal (with AGOL credentials) to provide access to the service to portal members. We started seeing issues accessing our service near the beginning of April. Our service endpoint is one that looks like /sharing/servers/655d11b513be41eeb49e86d1da414594/rest/services/World/GeoenrichmentServer but we are now seeing HTTP 400 errors whenever we try to access it.
We have seen this on multiple portal instances (10.5.1).
