Changing the size range in the Style Counts and Amounts (size) doesn't make the lines smaller below 14px

I have a feature service that is using the Style Counts and Amounts (size).

It uses classifications to separate out the data.

However, the thickness of the lines is so big for the higher levels, so I want to reduce the thickness of them.

When I try to do this, it does not change the thickness of the lines.

But when I increase the px range above 14px then it makes the lines thicker, but below this range it doesn't have any effect. Is this a bug? or a limitation within the platform? 

I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and the feature layer is hosted within ArcGIS Online.

Thanks for reporting. This looks like a bug within the styles panel and will look into getting this fixed in a future update.
