We've just subscribed again and I need to regenerate a new license file to license the arcgis portal. Although when I try to obtain a new license it only allows for me to create license file 10.9 version of the portal.
I don't want to upgrade to portal just yet and I need a 10.8.1 license file for portal.
What is the workaround for that?
