Call Out Label Size

Is there any way to make (force) a call out to a specific size height and width?. I am using them to label but they are all different sizes and it looks bad. THey seem to fit to text and I cannot find an option to change that.

There is no option to modify the size of the label background. The label backgrounds are designed to be flexible to accomodate the actual text size.
