In a federated or non-federated ArcGIS Server, are Portal items affected after upgrading an associated Map Service to the Pro runtime, from the ArcMap Runtime in 10.9?
Based on ESRI documentation, it seems clear that the map service content is not affected, but I need an explicit statement about whether a Portal item is affected as a result of an upgrade. I don't want any surprises about my Portal content/apps after an upgrade to the Pro runtime.
