arcmap 10.3 crashes on symbology tab

Hi all!

I use arc 10.3 and in the arc map properties layer the hole software crashes when I click on the symbology tab.

It used to work properly but it has suddenly started crashing now.

I even tried to uninstall the software but it even crashes in the uninstall process.

any help would be much appreciated.

Suggest Resetting your ArcGIS application profile​ and checking for (Non-ArcGIS) Windows system issues, such as - C drive or other disks full, display driver out of date, etc.
