We have a Portal 10.4 on AWS federated with ArcGIS Server
OS Server 2012
We found that the AWS instance was rebooted and when everything was restarted, the Portal gave us an error saying it was unlicensed.
The Portal licenses are perpetual
The keycodes file wasn't changed or edited
To fix this we had to reauthorize the Portal and Server ECP file again via the Administrator.
Has anyone come across this before?
