arcgis desktop 10.3

Hi All

I have installled Portal for Arcgis 10.3

Now i want to login in the Portal for Arcgis , from the desktop as we login in Arcgis for online.

But me not getting the login window for Portal for arcgis. Can anybidy tell me how to configure the same for the desktop .
