We currently use ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 in a vmware environment and we use LDAP for security. Can 10.9.1 work with EntraID? Or do we need to upgrade to 11.x first.

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 requires a SAML 2.0 compliant provider. EntraID (formally Azure AD) meets this requirement.
