I am running ArcGIS Enterpriuse 10.9 and I was wondering if it possible to add new fonts to label features. On my system, there are only 2 fonts available (Arial and Arial Unicode MS).

Hello @OlivierDemars1 , it is my understanding that you will just need to install any additional fonts on the portal server. If they are TTF just copy them from an existing server to the portal server and install them.

@DeanHowell1, I don't think it is that simple or I am missing something.

The C:\Windows\fonts contains a lot of fonts but only 1 of the 2 showing in the Label features area.

The 2 fonts available can be found in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Portal\apps\fonts in pbf format. I have added a new one in there, restarted the Portal and cleared my browser cache without success.

I could not find any configuration files with font information so I am starting to wonder if it is not hard coded.

Hello @OlivierDemars1 ,

Did you find out how to add more fonts to the Portal?

On ESRI Storymap help pages it says that new fonts can be set in the "Organization Settings" portal page. But I don't see anything there. Let me know if you fixed it.

Sorry @Spike73 for the late reply, unfortunately I did not manage to fix this
