Add Layer from Web - WMS OGC service URL format

Hi there,

Could someone please point me in the right direction of where to find the allowable URL format that can be used with the 'Add Layer from Web' menu option with 'A WMS OGC Web Service' selected?

At the moment, I have an URL (see below) that can be used in ArcMap/ArcCatalog with 'Add WMS Server' and it can determine what layers are available but doesn't work in Portal with above menuitem (returns an error - The WMS service cannot be added to the map...)

If the URL can't be used, how do I parse the information returned from the request to be able to put into the correct URL format that is suitable for the 'Add Layer from Web' option?
