Hi everyone,
I have created a 10.8.1 Enterprise deployment on Azure using the cloud builder. In the wizard, I added my organisation's SSL certificate with the domain name we are using. The wizard completed and we now have a base deployment, and my IT team have updated the DNS record of the domain to map to the new Azure Public IP address. When remotely accessing the Azure VM, the portal & server work perfectly with a valid security certificate. However, when accessing from my machine (or any external machine) I get an error message to say the name is not resolved. Please can someone offer a bit of advice as to why this might be happening, and what I could do to fix it?

The DNS record was added internally or externally?
Could you access the portal via a public IP address?
