Can we have a usage analytics feature within the ArcGIS platform?
This capability would allow organizations to effectively track, monitor, and analyze actual application usage both at the enterprise-wide and individual app/user levels. It would help optimize GIS operations by identifying underutilized tools and applications. Additionally, it would improve the user experience by enabling proactive performance management based on actual usage patterns.
