TAG for Federated Servers

In Portal | Organization | Settings | Servers we have a list of fully qualified server names which are federated to the portal. If administration to the server is enabled, the authorized user can click on the federated server and access  Server Admin. It would be helpful if there was a TAG or label associated with each federated server to identify the specific role of the server. IE Host, Image, GeoEvent, GeoAnalytics, GeoCoder, etc.

Thanks for submitting this idea! I've marked it in product plan as we are planning on introducing the concept of tagging/further identifying federated servers in an updated design of this page.

In ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9, it is now possible to apply a custom alias to any of the servers listed in the Enterprise portal > Organization > Settings > Servers page. Below is a screenshot where I'm applying a test alias to my federated server:

Hopefully this improvement will be a helpful way for you to easily label and identify the servers that are federated!
