There are a number of ideas about space quotas and limit user tile caches and those would also be awesome. Related, it would be nice if we could separate the "Publish tile layers" privilege into "Publish vector tile layers" and "Publish raster tile layers." This might help with the underlying reasons of the other ideas, people hammering resources by tiling massive imagery. We feel this will become more and more problematic as drone/quad imagery becomes more prevalent.
The default "Publisher" role gives a LOT of privileges that can become problematic. Continuing to slice publishing privileges finer will be useful in managing impacts to resources.
