10.8.1 was great, we got Email for administrative functions and the ability for built-in users to reset passwords!
But, we also need for ArcGIS Enterprise to optionally send out password expiration reminders when the password expiration policy is set. So, rather than the user just not be able to login, they get an email notice saying they need to reset their password and should navigate to the Portal.
