Navigate to Containing Folders and Groups from within Item Details Page

If an item such as a web map, feature layer or web application is within a Folder or a Group, provide a hyperlink in the item details page to navigate up to the Folder and Group page. 

Otherwise, when working within related items within Folders and Groups users have to click the browser back button or click Contents and then go to where they need, which is inefficient.
