For GIS groups that do not have access to login to ArcGIS DataStore servers to run the DataStore command line utilities, it would be nice to be able to perform many (if not all) of these functions through the ArcGIS Server admin application of the hosting server or through the DataStore datastoreadmin site. Also being able to run describedatastore.bat at a minimum in order to see current datastore configurations would be helpful, but configuring datastore staging locations, backup locations, readwrite modes, etc. is also requested.
