Hi,

Can we please consider adding a new function (Layer Optimization) in the next release of ArcGIS Enterprise Portal.

Currently this is only possible in layers hosted in ESRI AGOL. Having this function in Portal will greatly help optimizing things in feature layers.

I would like Portal and ArcGIS Online to align in terms of capabilities.  I know not everything will be possible, but let's aim for 90%.
