OpenGL is becoming a standard display mechanism for KML and other xml based data. Why can there not be a "3D" plugin to both the API (Flex,JS,...) and ArcGIS Server making them 3D aware? ArcGlobe and ArcExplorer are becoming antiquated. ESRI should be the first to launch a flex based 3D OpenGL viewer. This would surpass and depricate many of Google's Services (Google Earth, Flex3D API, ...).
