This is a simple but powerful idea!
I'm aware and I use it all the time to protect feature services from being accidentally deleted from ArcGIS Portal; however, it is utterly important to also have an option to delete protect feature services from the Server Manager. It will save a lot of headache and trouble.
Additionally, an option to delete protect Services folder as well from ArcGIS Server Manager will greatly help!
