Custom Color Ramps in Portal Scene Viewer for Point Cloud SLPKs

Implement the ability to customise the limited number of predefined color ramps available when visualising point cloud SLPKs in Scene Viewer. The few styles that are available can make point clouds with large value ranges appear undertoned and very difficult to interpret. Alternativelly, implement some form of Dynamic Range Adjustment too allow for content aware changes of point cloud colors.

Nice Josh - I can see how this would make a huge difference to those who work extensively with point clouds. I hope this is adopted.
