Create an "Administrator Lite" default role

Currently the Administrator role gives the user all the privileges. I would like to request a "Admin Lite" role that would allow the user to view (only) member user types and roles within Enterprise Portal.  Instead of an all or nothing approach which is how it is currently set up.  It would be helpful to manage the Portal users within our department without having to contact the admins every time we need to find out what user type or role a member is.

This is an option if a custom user role is created with the privilege to view all members enabled under Administrator privileges.  We have done this to allow some users to see the list of members without having permissions to modify members.
