Build Custom Portal Landing Page with Enterprise Sites

ArcGIS Enterprise Sites makes it super easy to build custom, project or initiative-based websites without writing any code. It would be great to be able to build a completely custom landing page for a Portal (eg. https://server.domain.com/web-adaptor/home.html

Totally agreed.  Home page shoud be more and in depth customizable

Adminsitrator shoud be also able to set the visibility of the general elements of the Portal  (banner  element, filters shown in gallery page and so on) and choose what to show and what to hide  as simple on/of in the organizaion preference page.
