We recently upgraded to 11.5 Portal and now our once beautiful scroll-based ribbon for our maps/apps has gone away. Its been replaced by a row of thumbnails, expanded up to 16. That means if you have access to more than 16 maps or apps, you have to go the full gallery of content. And that is not ideal for many of our end users.
Apparently ESRI took this away after 10.9.1 Portal, I would love to have it back.
