We have setup print service in our AGE environment and also shared a print templates via shared drive. Custom print template is configured to use 'Author' dynamic element and 'Title' element.
Now, when we tried to use this template for print via WebMap it is working fine and printing author name and map name but when we are trying to do this via WebApp , print widget is asking to enter author and title manually. Why? They should be auto-populated .

Author value should come from Portal logged-in user
MapTitle value should come from webmap working behind webapp#
