Add built-in auto-repair logic in Portal for ArcGIS to detect and re-sync content directories between HA nodes after restarts or network interruptions.
Justification:
Currently, admins must manually reconfigure content paths when HA nodes lose synchronization. Auto-healing would ensure production continuity.
Impact:
Reduces downtime, improves reliability, and eliminates manual intervention after failover events.
