ArcGIS on kubernetes should support the pod security level "restricted". Container images must be built in such a way that the processes run with minimal privileges.
Currently (Release 11.3) ArcGIS Enterprise cannot run at restricted level.
Hello Robert, this is an area we are actively investigating. There are certain components within the software images that required more work to ensure this setting can be universally increased for all pods.
