We maintain many of our base layers as spatial views registered with our Enterprise GeoDatabase. Unfortunately, we cannot publish them as Hosted Feature Layers in Portal. I would like the ability to do this since with an HFL I'm able to get all the metadata associated with the spatial view into the HFL. We are at ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1. Thank you.
