Terrain3D elevation service cannot be used

Hello,

Beginning this week, we are no longer able to use the Terrain3D elevation service (https://elevation3d.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/WorldElevation3D/Terrain3D/ImageServer) in ArcGIS Earth. At first, we had this error : “Unable to read data from the transport connection”

An adjustment was made to our organizational proxy so that we don’t implement a TLS/SSL certificate for this service. The elevation service is still not available, but the error changed to : “Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream”.

If we turn off our organizational proxy, the elevation service is fully functional. Do you know if a recent change was made to the Terrain3D service (capacity, load balancing, etc.)? And if so, do you know how our organizational proxy can be set to adapt to the change? (Turning off the proxy is unfortunately not a possible solution.)

Thank you.
