I just installed the 1.7 version of ArcGIS Earth on two machines. On one, all of the standard ESRI basemaps have a warning icon and are unavailable. Same with Terrain3D. On the other machine, everything is fine. Stuff from my AGOL content and a non-ESRI basemap work fine. Any ideas?

Hi Ralph,
The unavailable basemap behaviour sounds like you are starting Earth with WGS84 spatial reference system on one machine, while the default AGOL basemap are in Web Mercator. ArcGIS Earth checks spatial reference conflict when it starts. In this case, you can still add the Web Mercator basemap layers manually from the Add button on the toolbar, or you can change to Web Mercator from the Application Settings and then restart Earth. Either way you should be able to get those standard Esri basemaps back to work.

That did it! Thank you so much.
