Trying to ortho multispectral bands

Hello!

I am trying to orthomosaic multi spectral bands from DJI M3M into Drone2Map. I keep getting errors! The bands are G,  R, RE and NIR. I have checked off color balancing, I have used both the system database and image metadata for camera options.

Also, using the latest version. The error seems like a generic one so not sure where the issue can be?

Hi Jeannette Miranda,

Great work in capturing the error messages.  There have been some errors messages that include 'camera model'. I recommend that you contact Esri Tech Support on this. If it something you forgot to declare in the setup, please get back to this board with the solution.
