Setting control points for multispectral images

Hello,

I'm working with multispectral data collected with a DJI Phantom 4 MS drone.  I've got ground control points loaded and am trying to use the Image Link window to position them on the images.  When I place the first point and use "Estimate Links"...all other images in the list are no longer there; and the "Show all images" checkbox is missing.  Does this function not work for MS data?

I'm also confused by the application window appearance when working on a Project started with the MS Template...the Pre-Processing tab on the ribbon is missing and I would like to use the Waterbody Mask tool.

I apologize for the long delay - I missed your message.  (Note I posted this an hour ago, then edited - so if you saw my original post, please review again)

These are known limitations in the multispectral processing workflows - we hope to be able to address this in the version 2023.1 release (Q1 next year).  If you have access to version 2.3.3, you should be able to proceed with the GCPs, but the water mask was not available in that version.
