Hello everyone.

We own a DJI Mavic M3M, and have started recently flying and processing the orthophotos. Our RGB orthos are perfect, but the multispectral ones have been presenting some blurred sections. Not the whole map, just some small sections. We fly at 35m, with a GSD of 1,5 cm/pixel, with RTK enabled.

In the pictures you can see the MS orthos (one zoomed in and one zoomed out with the blurred section outlined), and the RGB ortho.

Thank you

Hi @JoãodeDeus,

Have you reviewed the individual bands for some of the images over that area? Its possible there is some distortion in only one or two of the bands used for the multispectral product. Cloud cover can also affect the resulting product if for example those images are darker than the surrounding captures.

We have updated the processing for multispectral data in Drone2Map 2025.1 which we are hoping to release this week. It may be worth waiting a day or so and updating to see if you receive better results. If you are still seeing the blurring issues then I am happy to help investigate further, we would need a copy of the images though.

Regards,

Mark

You were right, after the update I've re-run the processing and it is now perfect.

Thank you.
