Untable to use ArcGIS desktop 10.3.1

Hello all,

Recently, I installed ArcGIS desktop 10.3.1 student version for coursera online course. However, after successfully installing it, I could not open the ArcMAP and received the message which I have attached with this message below.

For further information, my computer operating systems is windows 8.1.
