Batch Geocoding Issue

I recently started using a Student edition standard ArcGIS Desktop package and I've been trying to do batch geodoing via the world geocoding services. However, each time that I've gone in to run the geocoding tool, this is the message I'm met with:

"There was an error trying to process this table. Geocoding privilege is required for geocoding the tables of addresses."

I've gone in to the manage address locator option and added the correct world geocoding services tool multiple times, but alas, the same issue persists. Does anyone have any proposed solutions or experience dealing with this same message? I've never had this issue previously when I've had other Esri accounts, so this is of course, incredibly frustrating.

Batch geocoding with an ESRI locator will cost you points.  Sounds to me like whatever account you are using doesn't have a 'bank' of points yet.

That should just about do it....
