Problems installing ARCGIS 10.2.2 on Windows 7

I am receiving the error below every time I try to install ARC on my computer. I had a previous version on my computer a few days ago, but I kept receiving errors. I assumed a complete uninstall and new install would clean everything up and I could go back to work. Needless to say, I am unable to add the software again. Does anyone have suggestions how to fix this problem?
