Hello,
Our office just updated from ArcMap 10.5.1 to ArcMap 10.7.1. I have a bookmark in layout view that is set to a certain scale and extents. When I export the map using Map Export from the File drop-down, the resulting PDF has different extents and scale than what Layout has. This is making it impossible to export our maps.
Even when I save the MXD the data frame resets it's extents and scale.
