License Manager

My organization needs to have it's ARCGIS License Manager upgraded to the latest 2019.0 to implement the security changes in the Flexnet Publisher but I cannot for the life of me find a download later that 2018.0    Note- this needs to be an offline upgrade and alas, we no longer have maintenance.

If you're no longer on maintenance, that would be why current downloads aren't available.  It would be best to work with your account manager or customer service to figure out the best way to get you set up.
