I've ArcGIS Desktop 10.4.1 (32 bit) and FME Desktop 2019 (64 bit) installed on the same system, is it going to create any compatibility issue?
Did you get any answers to this question?
I have myself left ArcGIS Desktop due to all the improvements and new features that has come into ArcGIS Pro. Why not go over to ArcGIS Pro? Anyway, I would have studied this pages if you still use these versions for compatibillity with Python-versions: https://docs.safe.com/fme/2019.1/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_Workbench/Workbench/Python-Compa... . For 2021, just change the address to: https://docs.safe.com/fme/2021.1/html/FME_Desktop_Documentation/FME_Workbench/Workbench/Python-Compa... . Geodatabase versions used in ArcGIS Pro is also useful if going to read or write to it from FME: Client and geodatabase compatibility—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
