I have just found 5 associated extensions which do not cite in the ArcGIS Desktop. They are ArcScan for ArcGIS; ArcGIS for Maritime:charting, ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing, Esri Defense Mapping, and Esri Roads and Highways. All of them are not included in the basic, standard or advanced of ArcGIS Desktop.

they are separate offerings and none are routinely packaged with anything specific.  A couple on the list are available with our university site license probably because there was a specific need for them.

ArcScan for ArcGIS Desktop is included in all three levels of ArcGIS Desktop (Basic, Standard, Advanced) at no additional cost. Enabling the ArcScan extension—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

However, the rest of the mentioned extensions have to be purchased separately.
