Desktop Advanced Student Edition - Computer Crash

Good Evening!

I recently started a new school semester, and we were given a "One-Year Trial for Educational Use Only" disc that contained the Desktop Advanced Student Edition of ArcGIS 10.1. I installed and validated it with the EVA Code Provided. I was then  happily using it since January.

However unfortunately my hard drive failed the other day, and I am unable to reinstall using the license that was given to me, I assume because it is a one time license.

Is there any way I can get it back? I need it for my classes

Thank you in advance

Contact the person who gave you the software, they should be able to give you a new key.  In our university, this is handled by the library, however, we download our software and are given the code by someone there.  The intent being someone has to administer the distribution of the academic codes every student would want a copy for every computer they own
