I recently downloaded and installed ArcGIS 10.1 for my dell laptop using the code we received in our cartography class (each of us got our own specific one). However, when I go to authorize the program, it says there is an error. I'm not able to use ArcMap until I authorize the program. I'm not sure how to get around this?
