Dears, while regstring arcgis 9.3.1 I have been recived the error below (gl84089.tmp has stopped working), any advise in how to fix this please.

I can not register the ArcGis 9.3.1 because I have been stooped, please find below the error msg

GLB4089.tmp has stopped working, please note that the name of the error (.tmp) is not fix.
