Data Interoperability Extension not showing up after authorizing evaluation

Hi,

I am trying to evaluate the KML import using Quick Import but having some issues.  I have used Authorization Manager to get a trial authorization on the extension, and I see an authorized status, but when I open arcmap the extension isn't there for me to turn on.

I am running a 10.0 View license, and the Data Interoperability toolbox IS in the toolbox list with the geoprocesses there (even without the extension showing up in the Customize menu), but when I try to run them I get a dialog box saying "Adding this item is not supported or the application that opens it is not found."

Any suggestions beyond the likely "try re-installing the software"?

Thanks.

What are the extensions that you do see and were you able to install the Data Interoperability software?

I tried restarting ArcMap as well as rebooting the whole machine for good measure, but no change.
